It's National Hispanic Heritage Month! This mid-month celebration runs from September 15 to October 15 to include the Independence Days of Belize, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua — while also celebrating the myriad histories and contributions of Spanish, Mexican, Caribbean, Central American, and South Americans who have enriched the cultural tapestry of the United States.
