Boelson Cottage on the west bank of the Schuylkill River has also been known as Pig's Eye, Tom Moore's, Aunt Cornelia's, and Belmont Cottage. 


Notes:

Caption: Tom Moore's cottage, so-called because it is supposed that he refers to it in his poem on the Schuylkill, as the cottage from which the smoke so gracefully curved. Moore during his visit to this country was a guest at some of the great houses on the banks of the Schuylkill.
