Why are there no cooling centers in the Northeast and only 1 in the Greater Northeast as opposed to 4 in North Philly?!? How are NE seniors supposed to get to Foxchase?!? Whoever drew these lines should reprimanded

The NE is a big section and for there to be only one library available as a cooling center is unfair. The city website phila.gov lists only two sites in the NE at 8101 Bustleton Ave and 8133 Erdrick St. At least the city didn't list NE Regional library like they did the last time and it was closed.
