Stay Cool at the Free Library during the Heat Wave!

The City of Philadelphia has declared a Heat Health Emergency.

These Free Library locations will serve as cooling centers on Monday, July 2 where residents can get out of the heat and into an air-conditioned space with access to books, computers, wireless internet, and other library amenities.

The following Free Library locations are cooling centers and will be open for extended hours on Monday, July 2:

Not one in the Northeast....in fact several are closed when they weren't supposed to.We have seniors here too...and not everyone can afford AC.
