Thomas Willcox founded and operated Ivy Mills paper mill in Delaware County, Pa. Ivy Mills manufactured the paper used by Benjamin Franklin in publishing his Poor Richard's Almanac and other publications. The image shows the mill after it had been substantially altered and updated by Thomas's grandson, James.
