Halftone reproduction of photograph showing the Union National Bank building, which is located on the corner of Third and Arch Streets. Completed in 1902, the neo-classical styled building was designed by Philadelphia architect John T. Brugger. The limestone facade consists of fluted Roman Doric columns supporting a medallioned cornice and a roofline balustrade.The doorway is decorated with an elaborate cartouche. By 1907 the building was home to the Corn Exchange National Bank and Trust Company. The new owner's name was inscribed on the cornice, where it remains to this day.
