Item 1, top:  Image of the second location for the Philadelphia Navy Yard in 1874, located on League Island in South Philadelphia, where the Schuylkill River joins the Delaware River.  A naval warship is featured prominently, but rowboats and a punt are also depicted, at the busy naval shipyard.  Engraving by William Henry Morse, reproduced for an unidentified publication, 16 x 16.5 cm, 1874.

Item 2, bottom:  Image of ship-houses at the second location for the Philadelphia Navy Yard on League Island in South Philadelphia, where the Schuylkill River joins the Delaware River.  In this image, the Navy Yard appears to be under construction, which began in 1871.  Engraving (by an unidentified engraver William[s]), reproduced for an unidentified publication, 17 x 11 cm, undated.
