Six-Day Service Beginning at More Neighborhood Free Library Branches

The Free Library of Philadelphia is actively restoring six-day service to more of our neighborhood library locations throughout the city. Saturday hours are being rolled out in waves; more libraries will be added soon.
Beginning January 20, 2024, Parkway Central Library will be open to the public on Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
All of Parkway Central's departments will be open on Saturday as well except the Business Resource and Innovation Center, Culinary Literacy Center, Fleisher Collection, Interlibrary Loan, Map Collection, Children's Literature Research Collection, Print and Picture Collection, and Senior Services.
These locations currently operate on Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m:
