It goes on to discuss other appropriations being allowed for restoring the Old City Hall, and Federal agencies temporarily sharing space in the new City Hall at Broad & Market Streets. The article continues with stories about the changing history of Independence Square, its earliest residents, homes, and public buildings. Text for an Evening Bulletin column, 17 x 32 cm, 4/9/1921.
