Postcard showing an architectural drawing of the proposed Thirtieth Street Station. Designed in the classical revival style by the Chicago architectural firm Graham, Anderson, Probst and White, the station was opened in 1933 to replace the Broad Street station. Located on the Pennsylvania line between Washington and New York, the facility included an underground Suburban Station to handle the growing passenger traffic.
