Depicts the Reading Railroad Company's building on the Northeast corner of 4th & Willing's Alley. Shows a passing horse-drawn cart laden with boxed goods, and a coach and horses drawn up in front of the building, on Fourth Street. The building became known as the Willings, named after the Revolutionary War financier Thomas Willings who owned a mansion on the block. It was converted to luxury condominiums.
