Caption reads: "Columbia Avenue Next Station." This was shouted by Philadelphia and Reading trainmen as their trains approached this old station at Columbia Avenue. The photograph was made in 1905. This building was razed to make way for the elevated tracks and modern station. H. Hildersheim, Warnock and Berks streets submitted the photograph. If you have an old-Philadelphia photograph, send it to the Evening Public Ledger.
