The image is that of the Caleb Pusey house in Upland, Pa. and not the dwelling of Richard Townsend as the title has it.  Built in 1683 by Caleb Pusey, the manager of Chester Mills for William Penn, this unique English Cottage Style dwelling is the only house still standing where William Penn is known to have visited.
